Artisan Products

Befani's Artisan sauces and chutneys are the concept of Fulvio & Caroline. A proud native of Sicily, Fulvio has developed this range using traditional recipes from home. The idea originally developed from customer feedback when they were used in our Restaurant dishes.

We produced some as a trial exercise to see what the reaction would be and were delighted with the response. That was five years ago and it has gone from strength to strength since then. We are thrilled with the support from local businesses who stock our products, and they are now being stocked around the country too.

They are a versatile product that can be used in a variety of dishes. Free from all additives and preservatives, they are also suitable for Vegetarians (excluding Smokey Bacon Amatriciana).
